A successful Chief Administrative Officer will:
- Be responsible for the direction of all administrative functions that IFI offers (finance, facilities, human resources, IT, communications), including strategic planning for ministry-wide structures, systems, and processes
- Direct financial management in accordance with GAAP, regulations, and policies and ensure that the ministry's day-to-day operations proceed efficiently and effectively
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations and ensure policies, procedures, execution, and reporting are in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws
- Be a part of Senior Leadership Team & directly supervise a team
- Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships by sharing the ministry's vision
Education/Experience Required for a Chief Administrative Officer:
- 5-10 years of experience supervising a team and driving strategic initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce, nonprofits (specifically Christian ministries) are a plus
Work Schedule for the Chief Administrative Officer:
- Full-time, salaried position
- Occasional evenings and weekends for events/projects
- Attendance at conferences, including IFI Staff Retreats
Compensation:
- The Chief Administrative Officer position requires building a ministry partner team for prayer and financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses (training provided).
- $70,000-$146,000 annual salary, based on experience and other factors
