The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization. Overview of the Chief Administrative Officer role:

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its operational and strategic needs.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to align administrative functions with the organization’s strategic plan.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including HR, facilities management, IT, and compliance. Ensure smooth and efficient operations by evaluating workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Manage departmental budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and utilized.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all administrative processes. Mitigate risks by implementing robust controls and monitoring systems.
• Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Represent the administrative function in leadership meetings and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Administrative Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, HR or related
• Strong knowledge of organizational development, compliance standards, and administrative best practices. Recent manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and handling/overseeing accounting functions
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be strong in Excel
