Job Summary:

We are looking for a VP, Chief Accounting Officer who will have oversight for all of the Company’s internal and external accounting priorities. This individual will lead ~200 individuals across ~140 legal entities and will be a direct report into the Chief Financial Officer. The position will be critical to advance the Company’s vision to standardize global processes and procedures and create a team to scale with its future projected growth.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee the monthly accounting close cycle globally
• Oversee global accounting compliance including all SEC and US GAAP requirements as well as local statutory reporting requirements and overall SOX compliance
• Provides executive management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities
• Assist in the preparation or review of consolidated budgets and forecasts.
• Manages the external audit of corporate group’s relationship and manages interactions with internal audit
• Oversight of the preparations of reports required by regulatory agencies, including SEC form 10-Q’s, form 10K, and annual report to shareholders
• Provides M&A support including oversight and performance of due diligence, integration, purchase accounting and valuation
• Assist executive management with ad hoc financial reports or projects
• Manage a global team including direct reports to financial accounting and finance group of employees
• Critical position for driving process standardization and centralization across the globe
• Lead accounting processes through standardization and optimization projects

Key Education and Certification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) or equivalent required. MBA preferred. Public accounting preferred. CPA Required

Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience:

• 12+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5-7 years of progressive management experience
