Evening Manager with emphasis in Kitchen Operation
The Kitchen Operation Manager leads, trains, and supports 3 focus areas of our "winning hearts everyday strategy:" Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service and Clean & Safe Environment.
Requirements
- Lead and model Chick-fil-A Ramsey Street's Vision and Values with guests and team members.
- Build a high-performance team by identifying and coaching kitchen team leaders who are accountable to high standards.
- Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of kitchen to ensure remarkable food quality.
- Lead and support a LEAN kitchen model through elimination of product and labor waste.
- Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes cleanliness, food safety, and team member safety.
- Lead and assist in operations in such a way to effectively meet established labor cost, food cost and customer service metric goals.
- Ensure regular deep cleaning maintenance is completed for designated kitchen equipment.
- Train, execute and follow-up on AHA system performance and metrics.
- Meets with leadership to put systems in place and ensures that tools and resources are available to reach expectations.
- Lead special projects assigned by the Owner/Operator.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including closing, weekends, holidays.
***Previous leadership experience is required. ServSafe Certification is preferred.
