GENERAL PURPOSE:
The CHeT/CTCC Project and Communications Coordinator supports the CHeT Direct, CTCC Director and CHeT Associate Director, Operations by supporting the ongoing research, education, outreach and credentialiting for CHeT and the CTCC in addition to managing and overseeing other critical CHeT functions, including faculty appointments, credentialing, and staffing paperwork.
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Manage and oversee critical CTCC initiatives, including drafting and maintenance of organizational documents required for audits and inspections. In managing and overseeing the initiative, manages progress and keeps team members on schedule for timely task completion. Supports CTCC Director on business development with academic, pharmaceutical companies, and other study groups and foundations. Oversee and manage multiple CTCC working groups, including service on such groups.
+ Manages and drafts critical resource documents for the CTCC, including foundation, pharmaceutical and government grants. Oversees and administers central resources for all CHeT Faculty and Staff utilization, including biosketches, budget templates, per subject fee templates, and other critical central resources.
+ Serve as direct support for the Department’s human resources needs. Draft job descriptions, process necessary paperwork, and maintain data and statistics surrounding CHeT staff, under the direction of the Associate Director, Operations and the CTCC Director. Performs a full range of sensitive and confidential human resources tasks on behalf of the Associate Director, Operations.
+ Provide executive level support for the CHeT Director. Maintain and refine internal CHeT processes that support CHeT Director, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows for all CHeT leadership.
+ Support CTCC study teams on internal and external meetings. Provide strategic support to internal/external program teams at the direction of the CTCC Director.
+ Organize plan and execute office wide events, including monthly all staff meetings, quarterly all staff gatherings, holiday events, social gatherings. Support event planning for clinical trial teams with the Clinical Trials Coordination Center.
+ Coordinate and maintain relationships with external University of Rochester offices (such as Human Resources, ORPA, UR Ventures, ORACS, and others) regarding the operation and/or special projects for CHET or the CTCC.
+ Support CHeT and CTCC staff with questions regarding UR and Department policies and procedures.
+ Oversee and manage CHeT administrative staff.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Associate’s degree required.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ 3 years of progressively responsible administrative support, including lead experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
+ Attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytical, communication (including written communication), and interpersonal skills required.
+ Knowledge of word processing and data analysis software and programs required.
+ Strong leadership and project management skills required.
+ CLASP certified preferred.

**Pay Range**
Pay Range: $20.38 - $28.56 Hourly
_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._
