Cherry Picker | Great Environment - azimuth

We are partnering with our client in Bolingbrook in their search for a Cherry Picker. This position will primarily assist with picking orders for shipment plus a mix of packing and wrapping participation. We are looking to continue to build our team with individuals who know how to work hard, play hard, and don't mind helping out their teammates when times get busy! 
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pull materials, pack boxes, and place orders in the delivery area.
• Assist in inventory counts by accurately counting and making appropriate adjustments.
• Provide quality service by adhering to organization standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker, preferably in a parcel, picker, or inventory role.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school degree.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods, primarily working standing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
