Position Summary:
The Chemist is responsible for the analysis, maintenance, and operation of analytical equipment and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the laboratory environment. This role includes handling customer inquiries, managing consumables, and maintaining the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Position Summary:
The Chemist is responsible for the analysis, maintenance, and operation of analytical equipment and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the laboratory environment. This role includes handling customer inquiries, managing consumables, and maintaining the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain and operate various analytical equipment such as GC, IC, ICP, and Titrators.
- Ensure proper documentation, regular calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Manage consumables inventory and respond to customer-requested analyses.
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, including management of internal reagents, cleaning schedules, and hazardous materials.
- Oversee shift personnel and conduct training for new employees.
- Manage the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
- 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
- Experience with publication and presentation is preferred.
- Ability to safely and correctly operate laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of hazardous material handling policies and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Korean language is required.
