Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Chemist II.
Position Type: Fulltime/Contract
Location : Monroeville, PA 15146
Duration : 06 Months
Schedule: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
Requirement:
- Knowledgeable of chemistry scientific test methods.
- 3+ years of experience in chemistry/manufacturing laboratory.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science (chemistry, biology, etc.) related field required.
Job Responsibility:
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to prescribed instructions in Kilo lab to complete various stages of chemical processing. This will include heating and cooling reactors, operating pumps and vacuum pumps for chemical transfers, distillations, filtrations and drying.
- Follow batch sheet instructions to produce products.
- Document operations and results for kilo lab batches.
- Interface with process development chemists and technicians on a regular basis to advance product development

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25.00 - $30 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
