Regional Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade, a leading North America distributor of, has a Chemical Services Manager position available! We are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Chemical Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong team management and project coordination skills, as well as working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and servicing of warewashing, on-premise laundry and chemicals.

Responsibilities:You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 field technicians and 1 service coordinator, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Oversee all service operations, including site surveys, complex installations, scheduled preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Champion exceptional customer service, developing and refining service documentation and procedures to guarantee consistently positive experiences.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of new service management software, streamlining scheduling, tracking, and reporting to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, stay abreast of industry advancements, and provide technical guidance to the sales team for successful solution delivery.
- Assist in reviewing sales profitability and implement strategies to increase profits from customers.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of outside sales experience (chemicals, jan/san, ESP equipment).
- 2+ years in a management role.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and project management.
- Proficiency with service software and Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of equipment service safety procedures.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, etc.).
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
