Great direct hire career opportunity for a  Chemical Process Safety Engineer For The Global Pharmaceutical Leader  in Lebanon, Indiana

Employer is serious and urgent to hire.

Company is currently constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for production of API molecules located in Lebanon, Indiana (the company's Lebanon API). This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the startup team for a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to build the processes and facility to enable a successful startup into GMP manufacturing operations.

Support the development and implementation of the process safety management operational readiness plan for the company's Lebanon API facility as a collaborative, inclusive, and energetic member of the HSE team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field of study; CCPSC or PE preferred.

5+ years of experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically process safety management.

Additional Preferences:

Knowledge and experience in process safety, including knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) regulation.

Trained in Process Hazard Analysis facilitation, HAZOP, and What-If Methodologies

Strong analytical skills and systematic and structured way of working

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Trained in Layer Of Protection Analysis (LOPA)

Knowledge of EPA Risk Management Plan

Experience interfacing with HSE-related regulatory agencies.
