Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and implement new chemical processes.
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
- Apply principles of chemical engineering to solve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Make use of Autodesk software to design and analyze process systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor and optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
- Prepare technical reports, analysis summaries, and project proposals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Chemical Engineering.
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in using Autodesk or similar software for process design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of chemical process engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Must be a proactive self-starter with a desire to continually learn and improve.
