We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our manufacturing processes, focusing primarily on injection molding. This role is perfect for an experienced engineer with a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AutoCAD and a bachelor's degree in Engineering. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes, focusing on injection molding in the automotive industry.
Apply lean six sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste and enhance process efficiency and quality.
Utilize AutoCAD to design and modify equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and address production issues.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing and engineering problems.
Monitor and analyze key process data to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
Train and mentor staff on new processes, lean manufacturing techniques, and equipment operation.
Ensure compliance with industry safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on automotive injection molding.
Certified in Lean Six Sigma, with a proven track record of successful process improvement initiatives.
Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.
