What You Will Do:
- Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available
- Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors
- Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.
- Properly cleans out reactors
- Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product
- Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.
- Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance
- Manage Autonomous Maintenance activities
- Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)
- Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Details:
- Plant location: Fresno, TX
- Work week and shift: 12-hour rotational DuPont shift
- Compensation package offered: $27.00 / hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of manufacturing plant experience
- No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documents.
- 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)
