DESCRIPTION:
Client Norcross, GA facility has immediate opportunities for a Finishing Technician for our chromate finishing line.
Process parts through various chemical cleaning and aluminum conversion coating processes:
Must be able:
Read and follow written work instructions
Basic ability to read engineering drawing to find requirements
Ability to perform basic chemistry lab techniques like pH measurement, solution analysis, titrations, weighing and measuring using laboratory equipment.
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to keep accurate records of processing variable – completing log books, recording process data.
Ability to work with proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safety requirements.
Desired Experience:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working in chemical processing in NADCAP quality environment
Experience with processing of hazardous waste manifests.
Experience with chemical labeling and storage requirements.
Education Requirement Policy
New Education Requirement Policy effective September 1, 2024:
HS Diploma/GED requirement for B0 roles in the US across all SBGs will be transitioned from
"Must Have" to "We Value"
Education requirement will be removed from background check for the B0 population
Requirement for US Export Control Position
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
