Chemical Delivery Driver - GMS

Caribbean Pool Service, INC is looking to hire a Full-Time Chemical Delivery Driver in Concord, NC. We are a full-service Commercial pool company in Concord, NC. Caribbean Pool Service, Inc. has an outstanding reputation of dedication and excellent performance regarding our customers. We have contracts that state chemicals will be delivered every 3 weeks (in the season) and neatly supplied to the best of our ability. We work closely with properties maintenance and management to ensure the highest quality of customer service. This position will allow you to be home nightly and off on weekends. Job responsibilities:

• Delivering pool chemicals to clients
• Setting up and refilling the chemical tank
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Physically pulling hoses and lifting bagged goods up to 50 pounds
• Transporting hoses to a chemical room on customers sites
• Keeping all driver’s inspection reports (turned in daily with route sheets) and driver’s daily logs in order (turned in weekly)
• Filling out paperwork (route sheets & dispatches) daily accurately and in completeness

Qualifications:

• Class A or B CDL required with Hazmat, Tanker endorsement and air brakes required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be DOT Compliant.
• Must provide Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed and willing to adapt to changes in schedule
• Must be able to drive 18’ box truck and must be able to sit and ride for long periods of time through NC and SC. (we do not deliver in either state towards the coast or the mountains)
• Must be willing to work in all types of weather while ensuring all safety measures are adhered too.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful, high paced environments
