We are seeking a new Daytime Chef to join our team. Your role will be to act as a rounds Chef who can provide leadership on the line and master each station including plating/ expediting , Grill, and Sautee.
You will report to our Restaurant Manager / Owner.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure stations are stocked and ready daily. Manage Low stock lists and prep lists. Ensure all meals that leave the kitchen are prepared to specifications and plated properly. Provide input to management on menu items, and operational processes. Be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with all team members.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- High School or GED
- Scratch Cooking
- Food Quality
- Food Saftey
- Communication Skills
