About This Position:***Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 3:00pm***weekends and standard Holidays off***

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Master menu planning for the operation
Incorporating key calendar themes, seasons, and holidays in the menu development
Direct responsibility for production, ordering, inventory, and direct service to the guests & client
Knows and complies consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, recipes and kitchen standards
Handles, stores, labels, and rotates all products properly and in accordance to applicable state laws
Follows assigned instruction to properly stock and maintain sufficient levels of food at all service lines
Supervise food service workers in the daily preparation of meals
Establish a professional and collaborative relationship with the site client leadership
Train and onboard all new food service workers assigned to the operation
Weekly unit accounting and tracking to include inventory management, production forecasting, and food ordering
Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
What You'll Need:- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- 2-5 years of culinary experience
- Prior experience cooking in a cafeteria or large volume production facility a plus
- Prior knowledge and experience in a kitchen or large cafeteria setting preferred
- Experience with safety procedures as typical in a cafeteria or food service environment
- High volume to single unit
- Ability to train staff
- ServeSafe certification preferred
