This culinary position typically works Monday through Friday evenings, meaning you'll have your days free!
As a Chef - Line Cook, you're at the heart of the action, expertly manning the grill, broiler, and deep fryer to create delicious dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. At the start of your shift, you meticulously stock and prep your stations, ensuring everything is ready to go. As orders start rolling in, you dazzle with your culinary prowess, expertly preparing our mouthwatering dishes to order while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Not only do you create delicious dishes, but you also take pride in keeping the kitchen clean and organized, ensuring each plate goes out hot and fresh. Collaboration with your fellow kitchen team members is essential, and you communicate proactively and lend a hand wherever needed to ensure that our restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. REQUIREMENTS FOR A CHEF - LINE COOK
- 6+ months of professional kitchen experience on a grill or broiler
- Ability to adhere to all relevant food safety practices
