As a Chef at Copperz Brewing Co, you will be responsible for creating delicious and innovative dishes that delight our customers. Your expertise in knife skills, menu planning, salads, fryer, portion control, back of house operations, grilling, food preparation, food handling, baking, sanitation, food management, quality of service, food safety, cooking, ServSafe certification, ordering, and stocking will be essential to your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute menu items that meet our high standards of quality
2. Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations
3. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels
