Royal Oaks in beautiful Bradbury, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as "Best Skilled Nursing 2024" and "Best Continuing Care Retirement Community 2024" by U.S. News & World Report is seeking Full-time and Part-time Charge Nurse RNs for its Skilled Nursing team. 

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:  1 Full-time Charge RN: 11 PM - 7 AM and 2 Part-time Charge RNs: 3 PM - 11 PM and 11 PM - 7 AM

Under general supervision, the RN Charge Nurse is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” 

A day in the life may include:

• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is highly desirable
