SHIFT: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, On Call Weekend Rotations

Location: 308 Kingstown Way in Duxbury MA.

Bay Path Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking Full-Time Charge Nurse, RN or LPN! Long Term Care experience preferred! Bay Path is a 5-star facility located in Duxbury MA. Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential.

Requirements for Charge Nurse:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Job Duties for Charge Nurse:

• Ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
