We are seeking a full-time Charge Nurse/Assistant Unit Coordinator for our facility in Cambridge, MA. This role involves providing personalized care to residents while adhering to nursing standards in Massachusetts.

• Current unencumbered nursing license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

This position offers a competitive starting salary of $105,000 for LPNs and $110,000 for RNs, along with an $8,000 sign-on bonus for RNs and $6,000 for LPNs. Benefits include:
