Main Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue for consumer products in the U.S.
- Retail Partnership Management: Build and strengthen relationships with major retailers, including Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, and others.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize sales volume and product placement.
- Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional initiatives tailored to each retail channel.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives.
- Logistics Coordination: Partner with supply chain teams to guarantee product availability and timely fulfillment.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts to achieve annual targets.
- Industry Representation: Attend trade shows, retailer meetings, and other events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in channel sales or retail sales management, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Retail Expertise: Proven success working with major U.S. retailers, such as Best Buy, Costco, or Walmart.
- Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales strategies, merchandising, and retail marketing.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused, with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently while coordinating with a global team.
