Experience with Video Editing for content piece is mandatory

Must Have Qualifications: 

Change Management in IT Implementation instead of leadership in campaign management.

Need strong video editing and content creation skills.

Creating training, Story board and script.

Familiarity with Adobe and Camtasia.

Jira: highly desired.

No Certification is required.
 

Must Have Qualifications: 

Familiar with the SDLC process. 7+ years of experience Jira, confluence, and change management. Must have experience working in Agile environment, with content creation, with video editing & creation, and with creating and publishing material. Candidate must be hands on. An ideal candidate would have a dynamic personality and would work well with minimum supervision. Responsibility split will be 60% Content Creation and 40% Change Management. PROSCI ADKAR or other Change Management Certification would be nice to have.
