Change Manager/IT Delivery Manager-Remote Work
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Change Manager/IT Delivery Manager, to work in Remote Basis
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure optimal planning and execution of organizational change.
- Engage with both business and IT team members to foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Assess the scale of each change initiative and recommend appropriate engagement strategies to mitigate disruption and drive adoption.
- Manage all aspects of change, including identifying and engaging end-users, assessing change impacts and readiness, crafting communications at all levels, designing training programs, addressing resistance, and reinforcing change.
- Provide consultation and coaching to program teams on organizational and business change best practices.
- Establish and lead change agent networks for specific initiatives as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience in organizational change management, encompassing people, process, and technology change implementations.
- Proven expertise in change management principles and their application, with at least 5 years of relevant experience; certification in change management is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills across various formats and audiences, including written, verbal, and visual.
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate and influence others towards a common vision or goal without formal authority.
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and resilience in navigating ambiguous situations.
- Effective collaboration skills across different functions and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in utilizing metrics and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills for visual storytelling; experience with Customer suite is desirable.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
