Work You Will Do
Our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team is seeking a Communications Specialist who will align with our clients' OCM strategy and collaborate closely with strategy and planning teams. This role demands a balance between strategic partnership and tactical execution to effectively deliver communication initiatives supporting organizational change. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with OCM strategy and planning teams to align communication plans with overall change management objectives.
• Develop and execute communication materials that support organizational transformation efforts.
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and communication teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and feedback to shape communication approaches.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all materials.
• Design and implement communication strategies that address audience-specific needs, ensuring engagement and clarity.
• Collaborate with training development teams to integrate messaging into learning initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust approaches as needed to optimize impact.

• Expertise in creating materials that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance strategic and tactical demands.
