Our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team is seeking a Communications Specialist who will align with our clients' OCM strategy and collaborate closely with strategy and planning teams. This role demands a balance between strategic partnership and tactical execution to effectively deliver communication initiatives supporting organizational change.
- Partner with OCM strategy and planning teams to align communication plans with overall change management objectives.
- Develop and execute communication materials that support organizational transformation efforts.
- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and communication teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and feedback to shape communication approaches.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all materials.
- Design and implement communication strategies that address audience-specific needs, ensuring engagement and clarity.
- Collaborate with training development teams to integrate messaging into learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust approaches as needed to optimize impact.
- Act as a key communication partner for OCM initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Translate complex change management processes into clear, actionable, and engaging communication.
- Develop stakeholder-centric solutions that reflect OCM strategies.
- Work independently to drive communication outcomes while collaborating across teams.
- Handle sensitive organizational change topics with professionalism and discretion.
- Proven experience in communications within organizational change management or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in aligning communication plans with broader strategic objectives.
- Expertise in creating materials that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to balance strategic and tactical demands.
