Description
- Minimum SAP Experience: 6 months-2 years
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment, is goal-oriented and an innovative thinker. The role requires working knowledge of technology Incident, Problem and Change management processes and a professional proficiency in written customer facing communications.
- Responsibilities of the position may include, but are not limited to
- Develop communication strategies to effectively engage & inform a defined audience
- Maintain relationships with internal audiences that will help advance customer engagement and strategy work.
- Identification and mitigation planning for risks identified relating to processes and or tools supporting customer and stakeholder communication.
- Active participation in the Incident, Change and Problem management processes to represent and provide accurate and timely defined communication to customers.
- Participation in a Global Rotating Shift roster supporting 24/7 coverage.
