Looking for a long-term new opportunity with a growing large corporation? Our client in the Food Service industry is looking for their next Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity. This role is Hybrid with 2 days remote, 3 days onsite in Brea, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $90,000 per year.

- Must have minimum 5 years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Admin experience
- Candidates must be polished, sharp, and strong attention to detail!
- Positive Personality and Culture fit are most important! Collaborative environment!
- Booking, Managing, Coordinating events and tasks.
- Great at multitasking, troubleshooting and Coordinating schedules!
