Job Details
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the organization’s financial operations. They will oversee managing budgets, establishing policies, financial decision-making, controlling margins and debts, and making decisions regarding the organization’s assets and resources with a focus on strategic planning, stability, and growth. The individual will also be tasked with contract negotiations with payors, providers, vendors, and service contracts. They must be well versed with patient accounting, collections, insurance company processes, and the utilization review cycle. Experience with credentialing providers on insurance panels is also important. In addition, this individual will oversee employee benefits management and administration of retirement plan.
As a key member of the organization, this role will report directly to the CEO. It is important that this individual works collaboratively cross-departmentally to share information and build awareness of the financial health of the organization. The individual will also manage the finance department and serve on various committees in the organization.

- MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
- Two years’ senior management experience required.
