Job Details
Position Overview: The CFO will provide financial and accounting leadership across our organization ensuring that our financial planning and operations match our continued company growth.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: planning, budgeting, forecasting
- Assess investment and expansion opportunities and cost-savings initiatives
- Financial Management: ensure accuracy and compliance, monitor cash flow & working capital
- Reporting: prepare detailed financial models and reports for variety of stakeholders
- Manage risk assessment
- Compliance & Governance: develop & maintain internal controls and processes
- Leadership & Team Development: Develop KPIs, coach & manage finance & accounting departments
- Corporate Development: Support M&A and capital structuring activities
- Manage investor relations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 10+ years financial leadership
- Financial modeling
- Strong ERP knowledge
- Manufacturing or Construction industry background
- Growth oriented company experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Investor relations
- CPA
- MBA
