About the Job
An innovative global technology and telecommunications company is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team based out of Chicago, IL. Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 / year DOE
CFO Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in financial management, with 5+ years at senior level
- Strong background in the Technology industry
- CPA required
- Experience with M&A and ERP implementation
- Experience with small company finances preferred
- Experience with Business Central is a plus
- International experience or IFRS preferred
- Highly developed communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from their office in the Chicago Metropolitan Area
CFO Responsibilities
- Manage the financial control environment to mitigate risks
- Oversee cash flow management, including debt collection, accounts payables, stock-taking, and forecasting
- Ensure robust record-keeping for audit trails and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration, drive growth initiatives and cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end IFRS financial reporting for international counterparts
- Conduct financial evaluations and optimize the P&L from top to bottom
- Oversight of the operational finance teams to ensure efficient functioning of all financial related duties
