CFO - Suncap Technology, Inc.

Our client is a very reputable real estate company with a portfolio of numerous properties, due to recent/expected growth, they are looking to add a CFO to their Boca Raton office.

* Leader of our client's property management accounting company
Portfolio includes numerous properties in the east coast and Sunbelt states
* Must have experience with Property Accounting and Operations
* 10+ years of accounting/financial experience (with a focus on property accounting)
* Public accounting combined with recent experience with an owner/operator or property management company is ideal
* Experience with multiple asset classes (including industrial), acquisitions and developments
* Bachelor's Degree is required; CPA preferred (okay if inactive)
