Position Title: Manager, CFO Advisory Services (East 57th Street Partners)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Role and Responsibilities:
- You will report to the executive leadership of our financial advisory division.
- Collaborate with other Managers and Senior-Associates in our Financial Advisory practice.
- Ensure that all client needs are met by providing hands-on support in financial information package consulting, analysis, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and related activities.
- Deliver services in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Work closely with clients and our internal team, fostering strong relationships.
- Gain exposure to various facets of financial advisory, transactions, and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in Big 4/public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
- Education:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is mandatory.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Profound understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- An acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both in oral and written forms.
- High sense of urgency and strong initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong capabilities in planning and project management.
