Pharmacy Technician Location: Cary, NC

Pharmacy Technician Compensation: $21.00 - $22.50 p/hr

Pharmacy Technician Hours: M-F (EST) 10am-7pm OR 11am-8pm, both with a one hour unpaid lunch

What does the Pharmacy Technician do?

• May be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services related to the patient support programs. Involves interactions with patients, physicians and other health care professionals and members of multidisciplinary team using web based, telephony and face to face means of communication.
• Collect med lists and drug allergies from patients.
• On phone all day collecting baseline information from patients to get them ready for pharmacist counseling; this includes payment method, shipping address, emergency contacts, etc.
• Triaging calls all day and sending them to the correct departments.
