Certified Pharmacy Technician - Allmed Staffing Inc

Large managed care company is looking for certified Pharmacy Technicians for contract to hire positions processing and filling prescription orders.

WORK LOCATION: 4015 Shopton Road, Charlotte, NC  28217

PAY: $22.00

CONTRACT DATES: CONTACT TO HIRE

HOURS: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm with occasional mandatory OT and an occasional Saturday shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification
• Some packing and shipping of completed prescription orders to patients
• Maintain drug inventory and automated dispensing units
• Replenish workstation supplies for filling prescriptions as needed (includes vials, caps, labels, etc.)
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highschool/GED or equivalent
• Must be National Certification with PTCB or PTCE
• Pharmacy Technician experience
• Needs to be able to be registered with the NCBOP within 30 days of hire
• Experience working in a production type environment
• Must be self-motivated and able to work in a  fast-paced environment
