About the Job
NTT DATA Services currently seeks Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join our team onsite in Aurora, CO. This is a 6-12 month contract role. Must have National and State Pharmacy Tech Certifications.
Role Responsibilities- Takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers.- Transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.- Assist with the prior authorization process, data entry and filling of prescriptions.- Help with other functions as directed by the site leader.
Required Skills/Experience
Hours: Availability Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM MST. Will be assigned an 8 hour shift.

For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range forthis role is $20.00.. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors,including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technicalskills, and other qualifications.

Required Skills/Experience
- 1+ years experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
- Must hold a National and State pharmacy technician certification.
- Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
- 1+ years customer service skills in a high volume call center type environment.
