Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintain employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees

Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations

Maintain payroll records and employee data

Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries

Prepare payroll reports for management

Qualifications:

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation

Proven experience in payroll administration

Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
