Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Scappoose, OR. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to patients with various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic activities.

Monitor patient progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.

Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

Current COTA certification in Oregon.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
