About the Job
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our York/Rock Hill patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.
This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our York/Chester, SC patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our homebound patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
