We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide exceptional care to patients in the Longmont/Thornton area, offering a $12K sign-on bonus. Our agency, established in 2004, prioritizes a supportive culture that values commitment, advocacy, respect, and excellence.

Qualifications include:

Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assistant program

Current COTA license in good standing in Colorado

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Home health experience preferred
