We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will provide quality therapeutic services to patients under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by the occupational therapist

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist

Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercises

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress

Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients

Requirements:

Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Valid state license in California

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
