Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated COTA with experience in working with frail and elderly populations. Responsibilities include:

Assisting occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans

Conducting patient assessments and documenting progress

Providing therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills

Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care

Educating patients and families on therapy techniques and home modifications

Qualifications:

Current COTA certification

Experience with geriatric populations preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
