About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)* to join the rehabilitation team at a top-tier *Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)*.

*Position Summary:*
As a COTA, you will assist a licensed Occupational Therapist in providing residents with support to regain independence and improve daily living skills.

*Responsibilities:*

Assist in implementing treatment plans.

Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions.

Monitor and report residents' progress.

Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and equipment.

Document therapy sessions accurately.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Support and motivate residents during rehabilitation.

*Qualifications:*

Graduate of an accredited COTA program.

Current state licensure or eligibility.

Previous SNF experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Team-oriented mindset.

*Job Types:* Full-time, Contract
*Pay:* $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
