Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Forest Grove, OR. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to patients recovering from injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic activities.

Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Occupational Therapist.

Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Current COTA certification in Oregon.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
