In this role, you will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress to enhance daily living skills and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients on enhancing independence.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques
• Excellent communication skills
