We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team focused on providing effective treatment for children with neurodevelopmental differences. Our mission is to deliver life-changing care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote independence in daily living activities through observation and problem-solving.
• Consult with staff and assist in implementing therapeutic programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance client programs.
• Collect and analyze data to assess and formulate new goals.

Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
• 1 year of experience in pediatrics or autism.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
