About the Job

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT). Key responsibilities include:

Providing patient care based on goals set by the OT.

Documenting patient progress and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Maintaining professionalism and punctuality.

Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.

Qualifications include a valid state license, experience in long-term or geriatric care, and strong documentation skills.
