Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/COTA Part Time and PRN available! - Elm Manor Nursing And Rehabilitation

Elm Manor is recruiting for a Full Time, Part Time and PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant/COTA for an in-house rehab program. Ideal candidates will be familiar with the Rehab Optima/NetHealth documentation system.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

Skills:

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Proven work experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices

Salary Range: $28-$32
