About the Job

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT). Key responsibilities include:

Providing patient care based on specific goals set by the OT.

Documenting patient progress and collaborating with various disciplines for optimal care.

Maintaining professionalism and punctuality at work.

Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

Valid professional license for the state of practice.

Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.

Strong documentation skills.
