We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in our rehab unit. The pay rate ranges from $29.23 to $44.00 per hour, with opportunities for increased earnings based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in planning and implementing treatment programs.
• Creating engaging group therapy activities.
• Documenting resident progress and maintaining records.
• Training and supervising Occupational Therapy Aides and students.
• Participating in care planning meetings.

Qualifications:

• New York State certification as a COTA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with the elderly.
• Effective communication skills.
